Camtali's eGift Card

1. eGift Cards are available for purchase from camtalis.co.uk.
2. eGift Cards are not available for purchase in person (but can be used to purchase qualifying products at events, shows and markets that we attend).
3. eGift Cards can be purchased in denominations as shown.
4. eGift Cards can be used to purchase qualifying products online at camtalis.co.uk.
5. To use in person, please take your eGift Card code (found on your eGift card email) with you and present it upon payment.
6. eGift Cards are delivered via email to the email address provided at the point of order. Common reasons why eGift Card deliveries fail include:
• Invalid email address (please check the email address you provide to us is accurate)
• Spam filter blocked or routed email to a bulk/spam folder (you may need to adjust your email settings)
• Firewall blocked email
• Email inbox is over size limit 
7. eGift Card values should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified to Camtali’s immediately. Camtali’s will not be responsible for any incorrect values not notified within 3 days of delivery.
8. Camtali’s eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase or add value to eGift Cards.
9. eGift Cards can be used in full or part payment for qualifying products in person at Camtali’s events, shows and markets and online at camtalis.co.uk in the UK only.
10. An eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and may not be exchanged for cash or any other gift cards or vouchers.
11. No change will be given but any remaining balance on an eGift Card may be used for future purchases.
12. Each time you make a transaction on an eGift Card we update the balance.
13. The balance on your eGift Card can be checked by clicking on the balance on the eGift Card email or at camtalis.co.uk.
14. The amount deposited on or redeemed from the eGift Card will be shown at checkout.
15. In the event of a refund for part or full payment of transactions using an eGift Card, the eGift Card balance will be refunded first.
16. The balance on eGift Cards must be used within 24 months of purchase. The 24 months may be extended in the event a refund is made to the eGift Card. Such extension will be for a maximum of 23 months.
17. An eGift Card will automatically expire at the end of 24 months from purchase, save where the provisions of 16 above apply (and the 24 month period is extended), whether or not it holds any balance.
18. Expired or deactivated eGift Cards may not be reused.
19. Please keep your eGift Card secure, as if it were cash. Camtali’s cannot replace or reimburse an eGift Card if lost, stolen or damaged.
20. An eGift Card cannot be returned or re-sold. This will not affect your statutory rights.
21. The purchase of an eGift Card orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. 
22. In the unlikely event that the transaction process system is temporarily unavailable, we will not be able to process any eGift Card transactions during this time.
23. Camtali’s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of an eGift Card if, in its discretion, it deems such action reasonably necessary.
24. An eGift Card is for personal use only and it may not be used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to resale) without Camtali’s prior written consent).

28. eGift Cards are issued by RNF Enterprises Ltd T/A Camtali’s, Cranbrook House, 287-291 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7JQ.
29. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
30. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights.

We accept most credit and debit cards (not American Express) and our website, managed by Shopify, uses bank-level encryption to keep your information secure. For your security, we cannot access your payment information which is handled by Shopify Payments.
